• Faces of checked-ins fill the rest; scale for ~4 / 8 / 12 / 16–20 athletes
• Fire once at +5:00 into class for 15s
• Data JSON: exalted-drafts/class-welcome/YYYY-MM-DD-classes.json from Desk
• Coach faces: coach-faces.json

6. Nightly Happenings olympian LB (~9pm ET)

• Run after ALL evening scores are logged
• Top 5 RX + Scaled, then everyone-else per gender
